    Delphine Teo, Partner

    Having graduated from hospitality school in Switzerland, Delphine spent her early career in the hospitality sector. She then moved on into recruitment and has over 10 years experience in hiring for clients in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, aerospace industries.


    Delphine manages the engineering practice at Quotient Search.

    Lionel Choo, Managing Partner

    Lionel spent about 10 years as an international relations professional. His area of specialization was in international technology policy and trade cooperation. He was the adviser to the Singapore Government at the United Nations World Summit on the Information Society, and also contributed in similar capacities at other international and regional organizations like ICANN, the WTO and ASEAN.


    Lionel is also an active business networker who is passionate in connecting people to opportunities.


    He is the leader for the technology practice at Quotient Search since 2009.
